Learning Disability Self-advocacy and Outreach

The project, titled "Learning Disability Self-advocacy and Outreach," addresses the challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities (Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia) in higher education and corporate settings. Led by Dr. Shubha Ranganathan and Mr. Chetan S. V., the initiative aims to enhance inclusion, access to accommodations, and equity through self-advocacy and outreach efforts.

 

Objectives:

Build a network of dyslexia self-advocates through online workshops.

Create multimedia content (short film, video, illustrated books) to raise awareness.

Conduct experiential workshops for college students, teachers, and administrators.
